Go to the "My Orders" section of your Ice Street account, Find the order you wish to return, select the eligible item(s), and follow the on-screen instructions to generate a return label, Once your return request is approved, print the provided return shipping label, Pack the items securely in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping facility.
